Biography
Norris Medley is the founder and CEO of The Wolves Den Combative Training Group and Point of Impact Protective Services, LLC. Norris Medley is a former Marine who's combative training and experiences have been garnered from a variety of sources since 1992.
Mr. Medley is a certified firearms instructor and certified range safety officer and is certified to teach CPL (concealed pistol license) classes in all states that issue concealed carry permits. While teaching basic pistol handling courses, he has also trained and received certification to teach basic shotgun and rifle courses. Mr. Medley is also certified by the AMA (American Medical Association) in basic search and rescue procedures via natural or man made disasters and has a degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Medley is trained and certified in the use of less lethal compliance tactics, force on force training and self defense training. Mr. Medley has provided combative training services for local S.W.A.T, local Federal Police, and Private Citizens.
Mr. Medley's personal protection business has provided services ranging from serving high risk PPO's (personal protection orders), providing security at large venues, night clubs, movie sets, and bodyguard services.
Mr. Medley's current training regimen is a compilation of weapons, empty hands, combat conditioning and the overall concept of threat management. His clientele include, police officers, security agents, emergency workers and everyday security conscious citizens. He is a firm believer in realistic training and supports this theory by working in the field of personal protection. This knowledge base is passed on to students of The Wolves Den Combative Training Group.
